and its subdomains. By accessing the site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Age Requirement

Participation in our programs and offers is allowed from the age of 16. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Nature of Services

I AM acadeME offers memberships, digital content, online courses, live Zoom mentoring, in-person workshops and events, as well as physical products such as essential oil roll-ons. All services are for personal development and educational purposes only and do not replace any form of therapy, medical diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Payment & Booking

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access to services is granted after successful payment.

6. Memberships & Renewals

Paid memberships (e.g., I AM WHOLE, I AM GUIDING) renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle. A reminder email is sent prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further charges.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

-Memberships: 7-day cancellation window with full refund. After that, the selected subscription term applies.
-On-Demand Courses: 7-day right of withdrawal if no significant content has been consumed.
Live Events & Programs:Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the event is at least 7 days away.

-50% refund up to 1 day before the event if cancelled after the 14-day window.
-No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, audios, PDFs, texts, exercises, structures, etc.) remains the intellectual property of I AM acadeME LLC. Any reproduction, resale, distribution, or sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.

Our services are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice. Participation is at your own risk, especially for physical practices (e.g., breathwork, movement, oil use). We do our best to ensure accessibility, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services or platforms. Please ensure stable internet access on your end.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to adapt, update, or discontinue products or services. Should a significant change affect a paid program, users will be notified via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office unless otherwise required by law.
